If You Hadn’t Already Heard…

Lots of people are planning tours of the Wild Atlantic Way – and if you’re reading this, so are you!! To give you some idea of how popular the Wild Atlantic Way is becoming then get this: in 2015 over 1.4 million people visited the Cliffs of Moher in County Clare. That’s just the Cliffs of Moher…

Cycling the Wild Atlantic Way and enjoying a Cliffs of Moher sunset - a holiday in Ireland to remember!

Here, on this blog, I’d like to let you know a few things about our Wild Atlantic Day tour. A few things you may not have already heard…

The Wild Atlantic Day with West Coast Cycle Tours is one of the fastest growing private tours on the west coast of Ireland. We are also officially recognised by the Wild Atlantic Way. Our Wild Atlantic Day tour is highly-acclaimed and is winning great praise locally and internationally.

  • No. 1 Bike Tour in Clare (TripAdvisor)
  • ‘Top Sports-Based Holiday’ (Cara Magazine, 2015)
  • Endorsed by ‘Go Wild Magazine’, ‘The Clare Champion’ & other local publications.

It’s not about the bike!! It really isn’t. There are 4 cycle routes (3 short, 1 as long as you’d like) and 2 walks (to spectacular scenic points) as well as numerous points of interest during the Wild Atlantic Day. Our tours take in a mix of relaxing activities from easy cycling to energising walks and hikes as well as gourmet food stops with some of the world’s most incredible backgrounds! We cater to adult groups of all ages and abilities!

Drink. Arse. Feck. Girls.

The Wild Atlantic Day is fun and safe. We have chosen quiet, peaceful roads in the Burren and along Clare’s Wild Atlantic Way for you to enjoy at your own pace. Also, there is a support vehicle close by at all times.

With a passionate, well-informed local guide you will see and learn about all the very best of the Burren. The small group sizes make for a much more relaxed and unique day. This is an authentic Wild Atlantic Way experience that you just won’t find anywhere else!

A Flaggy Shore picnic!

With experience I can say that there are more health benefits from the Wild Atlantic Day than those gained from simply turning the pedals or putting one foot in front of the other. Spending a well-organised day in the rugged outdoors with your friends laughing, joking and messing is just what the doctor ordered!

If you’re interested or you would like to learn more then please…

Really looking forward to hearing from you!
